Narrative:

On may/xa/00, I was assigned to finish installing #1 engine oil pump on aircraft xyz per job card wxxx. Completed installation, removed numerous safety tags from throttles, reverser levers and fuel shutoff levers. Scanned overhead circuit breaker panel, found none out. Ran engine for operations check. Checked normal -- no status messages or problems noted. I was notified on may/xc/00 by abc xzxz (FAA) that xyz had ground interrupt and had found open and tagged circuit breakers.
