Narrative:

Climbing through 7000 ft after departure runway 32 anc, engine #4 oil bypass light illuminated. Oil quantity indicated zero and pressure was 33 psi and decreasing. Forward pnl engine #4 low oil pressure light then illuminated. Following our cockpit operating manual for low oil pressure, we then got a fire light and bell on engine #4. Captain continued to fly and first officer and myself performed the emergency checklist. The fire light/nacelle temperature did not extinguish/decrease until after the second (last) fire extinguisher bottle was discharged. We dumped about 15000 pounds of fuel and landed back at anc runway 6L. Overweight landing 744000 pounds (630000 pounds is maximum landing weight). Taxied clear and stopped. Brakes then froze from heat. Maintenance met the aircraft, the aircraft was released to maintenance.
