Narrative:

Captain was flying, started takeoff roll, at 80 KT callout, captain observed an aircraft taxi onto the runway followed shortly by tower canceling takeoff clearance. Abort was initiated at approximately 90 KTS. Due to the slow speed and the taxiing aircraft no longer on the runway, maximum braking was not required. We taxied clear at taxiway ek to taxiway M. We continued with our planned departure/flight after reviewing all appropriate checklists. Aircraft weight at abort 138400 pounds, brake temperature at takeoff was 120 degrees. Taxiing aircraft was an air carrier flight.
