Narrative:

Medical emergency. A flight attendant notified the cockpit that the passenger in seat xx was vomiting, frothing at the mouth, eyes rolled back, and unresponsive. A medical doctor was located onboard and the emergency medical kit was used, nitroglycerin pills, stethoscope, blood pressure cuff. The medical doctor recommended immediate landing. We diverted to jax international. Vectors were from ZJX. We declared an emergency and flew maximum airspeed to jax (exceeding 250 KTS below 10000 ft). Flight planned route dtw-fll. We landed jax via visual approach, runway 25 and taxied to gate, where paramedics were standing by.
