Narrative:

Air carrier X at FL330 eastbound and air carrier Y sbound. Third aircraft 25 mi behind air carrier X. I determined air carrier X and air carrier Y were in conflict. I told my 'D' side to coordinate FL290 for air carrier X and turn air carrier Z 15 degrees left. I immediately coordinated with the sector underlying my airspace and got approval for FL290. I then called the csv sector in ZTL and got approval for FL290. When off the line I heard my 'D' side telling mem to turn air carrier Z, logically air carrier X should have been approved. I descended air carrier X to FL290 and requested he expedite per ZTL's request. All 3 aircraft at FL330.
