Narrative:
Radar turned practice approach back across departure corridor prior to coordinating turn. Wake turbulence questionable on intersection departure with citation behind lear. Tower chart shows both aircraft as small. I called traffic to citation twice before he saw the lear.

Narrative: RADAR TURNED PRACTICE APCH BACK ACROSS DEP CORRIDOR PRIOR TO COORDINATING TURN. WAKE TURB QUESTIONABLE ON INTXN DEP WITH CITATION BEHIND LEAR. TWR CHART SHOWS BOTH ACFT AS SMALL. I CALLED TFC TO CITATION TWICE BEFORE HE SAW THE LEAR.
