Narrative:
Aircraft developed #1 engine vibration while holding at adena intersection. Emergency was declared and was cleared from holding and vectored for approach/landing at clt. Approach/landing was uneventful, taxied to gate after landing. Engine anti-ice was on and there were no indications of icing while holding.

Narrative: ACFT DEVELOPED #1 ENG VIBRATION WHILE HOLDING AT ADENA INTXN. EMER WAS DECLARED AND WAS CLRED FROM HOLDING AND VECTORED FOR APCH/LNDG AT CLT. APCH/LNDG WAS UNEVENTFUL, TAXIED TO GATE AFTER LNDG. ENG ANTI-ICE WAS ON AND THERE WERE NO INDICATIONS OF ICING WHILE HOLDING.
