Forgot to fill out form 337 for the above listed stc modification. This was not an airworthiness issue, just failure to complete paperwork. Job was hurried according to customer's discretion.

Narrative: FORGOT TO FILL OUT FORM 337 FOR THE ABOVE LISTED STC MODIFICATION. THIS WAS NOT AN AIRWORTHINESS ISSUE, JUST FAILURE TO COMPLETE PAPERWORK. JOB WAS HURRIED ACCORDING TO CUSTOMER'S DISCRETION.
