Narrative:

While I was taking tickets in the airport, during the boarding process, a man made several comments to me as I took his ticket. I could not understand what he was saying and tried to ignore his comments. I did smell liquor on his breath. After boarding, I was walking down the aisle and a lady jumped out of her seat and came after me saying, 'the man next to me is drunk and being very obnoxious.' I looked at the man, told her I would tell the captain, and immediately went to the cockpit. The aircraft door was open and the agent was still there. I told the captain that we couldn't close the door yet, because one of our passenger was drunk and he needed to come off the plane. I then told the agent, who was standing close. She realized who I was talking about and turned around to call the customer service manager. The agent and csm and airport police then conferred and asked the man to come to the front of the aircraft. He and the captain had words, at which point the captain told the agent that he would not be taking the flight with us. He was removed from the aircraft along with his luggage.
