Narrative:
We were running late, FMS was programmed for the return leg to cvg. ATC wanted us to fly over rod for the cince 3 arrival into cvg. The FMS was misprogrammed giving us a course east of rod. ATC queried the routing and gave us vectors to intercept the cince 3 south of rod. No known conflict with traffic occurred.

Title: AIRLINE CREW DEVIATES FROM CLRED COURSE NEAR ROSEWOOD, OH. WHEN AUTOFLT SYS IS PROGRAMMED INCORRECTLY.
Narrative: WE WERE RUNNING LATE, FMS WAS PROGRAMMED FOR THE RETURN LEG TO CVG. ATC WANTED US TO FLY OVER ROD FOR THE CINCE 3 ARR INTO CVG. THE FMS WAS MISPROGRAMMED GIVING US A COURSE E OF ROD. ATC QUERIED THE ROUTING AND GAVE US VECTORS TO INTERCEPT THE CINCE 3 S OF ROD. NO KNOWN CONFLICT WITH TFC OCCURRED.
