Narrative:

Approximately 2 weeks ago airspace changes were made internally at jax approach. These changes were never briefed and no map changes were made to reflect the resectorization of their airspace. Supplemental information from acn 468911: video map changes that needed to be made were not made because of the lack of coordination. Controllers are now working airspace that does not accurately reflect boundaries on their video maps. The situation can be prevented by requiring jax approach, or any facility that makes changes, to properly coordinate with all affected facilities.
