Narrative:
An astrojet was climbing off of roc airport and was issued flight levels. He climbed at a fast rate and accelerated his speed and caught up to a B190 that was at 15000 ft. He climbed through his altitudes.

Title: ISRAEL ASTRA JET IA1125, CLBED FASTER THAN THE ARTCC CTLR EXPECTED AFTER TKOF AND CAUGHT UP WITH A BEECH 1900 LEVEL AT 15000 FT AT 3 PT 8 MI.
Narrative: AN ASTROJET WAS CLBING OFF OF ROC ARPT AND WAS ISSUED FLT LEVELS. HE CLBED AT A FAST RATE AND ACCELERATED HIS SPD AND CAUGHT UP TO A B190 THAT WAS AT 15000 FT. HE CLBED THROUGH HIS ALTS.
