Narrative:

While beginning a 5 day trip sequence, the captain and I read our flight release in the dispatch office of air carrier X airlines in las vegas, looked through the list of MEL's and got out the MEL book and looked each up, including the operation of the right engine with its anti-ice valve stuck open. We were to operate all phases of flight with the right engine anti-ice selected on, and use full thrust for takeoffs. In the aircraft, I looked up and filled out the performance cards for takeoff including noticing there was no penalty for operating at reduced thrust with the engine anti-ice selected on, and completely forgot, that regardless, we were to use full power. We wound up using reduced thrust for all 3 legs that evening without incident, not until later realizing our error. As for a fix, possibly highlighting the main operational effects of certain MEL's, being even more attentive, having more experience in the aircraft, with a more acute awareness of what needs being done with particular sits.

Title: FLC OF A B757 FAILED TO USE FULL THRUST DURING TKOF WHEN OPERATING AN ENG WITH THE ANTI-ICE ON DUE TO 1 ENG WITH THE ANTI-ICE VALVE STUCK IN THE OPEN POS.

Narrative: WHILE BEGINNING A 5 DAY TRIP SEQUENCE, THE CAPT AND I READ OUR FLT RELEASE IN THE DISPATCH OFFICE OF ACR X AIRLINES IN LAS VEGAS, LOOKED THROUGH THE LIST OF MEL'S AND GOT OUT THE MEL BOOK AND LOOKED EACH UP, INCLUDING THE OP OF THE R ENG WITH ITS ANTI-ICE VALVE STUCK OPEN. WE WERE TO OPERATE ALL PHASES OF FLT WITH THE R ENG ANTI-ICE SELECTED ON, AND USE FULL THRUST FOR TKOFS. IN THE ACFT, I LOOKED UP AND FILLED OUT THE PERFORMANCE CARDS FOR TKOF INCLUDING NOTICING THERE WAS NO PENALTY FOR OPERATING AT REDUCED THRUST WITH THE ENG ANTI-ICE SELECTED ON, AND COMPLETELY FORGOT, THAT REGARDLESS, WE WERE TO USE FULL PWR. WE WOUND UP USING REDUCED THRUST FOR ALL 3 LEGS THAT EVENING WITHOUT INCIDENT, NOT UNTIL LATER REALIZING OUR ERROR. AS FOR A FIX, POSSIBLY HIGHLIGHTING THE MAIN OPERATIONAL EFFECTS OF CERTAIN MEL'S, BEING EVEN MORE ATTENTIVE, HAVING MORE EXPERIENCE IN THE ACFT, WITH A MORE ACUTE AWARENESS OF WHAT NEEDS BEING DONE WITH PARTICULAR SITS.
