Narrative:
Performed lower minimum performance test and upgraded aircraft lower minimum performance status to autoland, after it had been worked on and downgraded by contract maintenance. I was unaware that a non-air carrier digital FGC had been installed in the #2 position.

Title: AN MD SUPER 80 WAS RETURNED TO SVC IN NON COMPLIANCE WITH A BORROWED FGC THAT TEST PARAMETERS WERE UNKNOWN.
Narrative: PERFORMED LOWER MINIMUM PERFORMANCE TEST AND UPGRADED ACFT LOWER MINIMUM PERFORMANCE STATUS TO AUTOLAND, AFTER IT HAD BEEN WORKED ON AND DOWNGRADED BY CONTRACT MAINT. I WAS UNAWARE THAT A NON-ACR DIGITAL FGC HAD BEEN INSTALLED IN THE #2 POS.
