Narrative:

I asked a passenger to lower her voice, as she was disturbing others who wanted to sleep. She gave me a bit of back talk, but eventually sat down. I was about to serve her, but a passenger in that row indicated she'd rather the talkative lady not situation in her row. I asked her to return to her proper seat. She didn't want to do that. I went up to inform the captain. Apparently, the other flight attendant #2 threatened to have her arrested. When she tried to get back to her proper seat, there were other folks there and she being scared, waved her arms at them to get out of her seat, which flight attendant #2 and those passenger in her seat, took as aggressive behavior. I hope she wasn't arrested, as she was trying to comply. She appeared to be over-tired and anxious about returning to substitute teaching inner-city public schools.
