Narrative:

During descent to 16000 ft, reno altimeter was 29.32. Captain inadvertently set 30.32 and the first officer set 29.32. We descended to 15500 ft and realized the mistake and immediately climbed back to 16000 ft. If first officer and captain had crosschecked their altimeters, this error would not have occurred.
