Narrative:

We were cleared from FL330 to cross 55 DME south of ott VOR at FL240. I thought I heard the readback and verification to descend to FL240, 25 DME south of ott. Needless to say, I missed the crossing restr. I thought readback was verified at 25 DME. My first officer wasn't watching the descent as he was busy doing other things preparing for the approach.

I THOUGHT READBACK WAS VERIFIED AT 25 DME. MY FO WASN'T WATCHING THE DSCNT AS HE WAS BUSY DOING OTHER THINGS PREPARING FOR THE APCH.
