Narrative:

On trip from dfw to ege, we did not reset ege landing altimeter in pressure window. Upon block-in at ege, cargo personnel opened forward cargo before aircraft had fully depressurized. Upon first officer inspection, found cargo ceiling panel buckled from seam. Maintenance was notified and repaired same. I was flying the leg, nevertheless had I insured that the descent check was complete this event would not have happened. I have learned a valuable lesson.
