Narrative:
It was the end of my duty day and the workload all day was very busy with delays. With 2 different aircraft types and 11 lines of flts. The MEL for deferring the ground spoilers and anti-skid is very vague. I made a mistake and missed the connection.

Title: BA41 DISPATCHER HAD TROUBLE INTERPRETING CONFUSING MEL ITEMS.
Narrative: IT WAS THE END OF MY DUTY DAY AND THE WORKLOAD ALL DAY WAS VERY BUSY WITH DELAYS. WITH 2 DIFFERENT ACFT TYPES AND 11 LINES OF FLTS. THE MEL FOR DEFERRING THE GND SPOILERS AND ANTI-SKID IS VERY VAGUE. I MADE A MISTAKE AND MISSED THE CONNECTION.
