Narrative:

We were taxiing and I was in the aisle giving the safety demonstration when the aircraft came to a sudden stop. I was at the front of the aircraft, facing aft, and I was thrown into a corner sticking out, that connected the lavatory and flight attendant jump seat. My back was badly injured. The captain said he was trying to move his stabilizer and needed to step on the brake, but didn't realize the brake was so sensitive. I was taken to my airline's medical department at ZZZ to be checked out and then removed from the trip.
