Narrative:

XA05Z, FL210, ZMA. 15 NM southeast of tpa, copilot's leg, cleared to FL210 with FL210 set in altitude alert window. Tpa approach cleared me to ZMA frequency. I called 1000 ft to leveloff, then looked down to change frequency. First officer selected autoplt at FL205, then bent down to retrieve SID plate that had fallen. Altitude alert came on at FL213 with EICAS warning. First officer took manual control and returned aircraft to FL210 within 15 seconds. ZMA called the deviation.
