Narrative:

While parked at deicing pad in cvg, the upper surface of right wingtip (outboard 6 inches) was struck by the bottom of the deicing bucket which was in the process of deicing the aircraft. At the time of the bump, the parking brake was set, and we were experiencing light to moderate snowshowers blowing from 150 degrees at 8 KTS. Damage was limited to scraped and dented skin and a broken wing navigation light. We taxied back to the gate where the flight was canceled for aircraft repair. There were no injuries to passenger.
