During en route portion of flight (dfw-hnl), sfo radio SELCAL'ed our aircraft and advised we had failed to report over billo. Billo is a non compulsory reporting point. However, due to its inclusion in previous (bakon) position report, we were advised that it becomes a compulsory reporting point.
