During en route portion of flight (dfw-hnl), sfo radio SELCAL'ed our aircraft and advised we had failed to report over billo. Billo is a non compulsory reporting point. However, due to its inclusion in previous (bakon) position report, we were advised that it becomes a compulsory reporting point.

Narrative: DURING ENRTE PORTION OF FLT (DFW-HNL), SFO RADIO SELCAL'ED OUR ACFT AND ADVISED WE HAD FAILED TO RPT OVER BILLO. BILLO IS A NON COMPULSORY RPTING POINT. HOWEVER, DUE TO ITS INCLUSION IN PREVIOUS (BAKON) POS RPT, WE WERE ADVISED THAT IT BECOMES A COMPULSORY RPTING POINT.
