Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated that 10 mins into the climb out of miami, the plane started vibrating especially in first class. The cabin crew noticed that the plane was having trouble gaining altitude, and then, they started a circling process. The captain called the purser up to the cockpit and told him that the nose gear compartment doors wouldn't close. They could get the nose gear up, but the doors wouldn't close. The captain said they were going back to miami in 12 mins, and to be on the safe side, to prepare the cabin for an evacuate/evacuation. Emergency equipment met the flight. The plane was taken OTS for maintenance. The passenger were put on 2 different planes, and both times, those planes had mechanicals. Eventually, after 3 tries, the airline canceled the flight.

Title: CABIN ATTENDANT RPT, AN A300, MIA-SDQ. ON CLBOUT, NOSE GEAR DOORS WOULDN'T RETRACT. RETURN TO MIA FOR MAINT.

Narrative: NO NARRATIVE SUPPLIED. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR STATED THAT 10 MINS INTO THE CLB OUT OF MIAMI, THE PLANE STARTED VIBRATING ESPECIALLY IN FIRST CLASS. THE CABIN CREW NOTICED THAT THE PLANE WAS HAVING TROUBLE GAINING ALT, AND THEN, THEY STARTED A CIRCLING PROCESS. THE CAPT CALLED THE PURSER UP TO THE COCKPIT AND TOLD HIM THAT THE NOSE GEAR COMPARTMENT DOORS WOULDN'T CLOSE. THEY COULD GET THE NOSE GEAR UP, BUT THE DOORS WOULDN'T CLOSE. THE CAPT SAID THEY WERE GOING BACK TO MIAMI IN 12 MINS, AND TO BE ON THE SAFE SIDE, TO PREPARE THE CABIN FOR AN EVAC. EMER EQUIP MET THE FLT. THE PLANE WAS TAKEN OTS FOR MAINT. THE PAX WERE PUT ON 2 DIFFERENT PLANES, AND BOTH TIMES, THOSE PLANES HAD MECHANICALS. EVENTUALLY, AFTER 3 TRIES, THE AIRLINE CANCELED THE FLT.
