Narrative:

Pushed from gate for deice. As we were deicing, noticed captain slumping over in seat. Captain's eyes were open but I couldn't get a response. Full body convulsions started and still no response to either physical shaking or talking. Vomiting commenced soon afterward (10-15 seconds). Called company operations and advised we needed to return to gate and needed medical attention as the captain was incapacitated. After vomiting ceased, captain's head slumped forward then raised and turned towards me. I asked if he was ok, and the response was 'I'm fine, why?' captain had no memory of the described events. Had tug come out and tow us back to the gate where the captain disembarked and was replaced.
