Narrative:

During meal services, a passenger notified flight attendants #2 and #4 of a sick passenger who had vomited. The sick passenger had vomit and possibly urine in his lap. He was conscious and slightly cleaning himself. He could not be encouraged to go to the lavatory and did not respond verbally. I was notified by flight attendant #2 and immediately I notified the captain. Flight attendant #2 got first class oxygen walkaround medical kit flight attendant #4 stayed with the sick passenger and paged for a doctor md. We had several assistants, found a strong regular pulse, limp right side of body, occasionally responded with slight facial expressions and small physical gesture (turned head to look at things, putting away own wallet). The captain decided to land in cos. I noticed the empty oxygen walkaround and gave new oxygen to the sick passenger from first class. Upon arrival, paramedics carried sick passenger off the aircraft. Medic alert tag 'cerebral hemorrhage' on passenger.
