Narrative:

WX fluctuating between 5 mi and 1200 ft RVR, temperature -1 degree with fog. We were dealing with deicing, and getting the information required from the certified deicer took more effort (multiple radio calls) than it should. Our load closeout, with weight and balance information, was delayed and this interfered with our normal flow. We need RVR touchdown 600 ft, mid RVR 600 ft, rollout RVR 600 ft for runway 10R of 1000 ft/500 ft/1000 ft. After some discussion we agreed that the midfield is advisory only, so we took off. Oops!
