Narrative:

Clearance for the civet 4 arrival (via published altitudes) was received late, therefore arrival over civet was higher than the published 140/170. Drag devices and descent techniques were employed to get back on profile. Relief was provided at arnes, clearing us at 10000 ft or above. No avoidance/conflict/corrective actions were necessary. Contributing factors included airspeed restrs and a lateral error in 2 of 3 INS's. This INS error caused a minor turn over civet, which provided further distraction from our descent profile.
