Narrative:

Just before touchdown, I heard a muffled shout. I was not sure where it was coming from, but the flight attendant #2 also heard it, as well as flight attendants #9 and #10. We heard several shouts, then quiet. We landed and began hearing it again. The #2 flight attendant got up and looked out in the cabin. She determined that the passenger in row X was yelling. She went to his seat and asked him to please stop. She was firm, but very courteous. He kept on and off until everyone was deplaned and an airline representative came on board. This passenger had had 5-6 beers, I think, throughout the flight. He had eaten both meals and had been very quiet. I don't know what precipitated his behavior. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated that the man was fine during the flight, which is why his behavior on landing was so abnormal. She doesn't know exactly what he was yelling on touchdown, but the other passenger were quite disturbed by his continuous outbursts. He was not easily understood. But on the ground, as people were standing up to get ready to leave, he started yelling 'you *&^%$ british, you *&^%$ british.' one passenger insisted the reporter do something about it. She replied that the airline auths were coming on board to handle the situation.
