Narrative:
First officer flying. Cleared to cross booze intersection at 11000 ft. Passing through FL180 I saw we were on profile. At that point flight attendant called and wanted some information. First officer changed FMC while I was talking to flight attendant and I did not notice we ended up crossing booze at about 12000 ft. No talking to flight attendants while on descent profile.

Narrative: FO FLYING. CLRED TO CROSS BOOZE INTXN AT 11000 FT. PASSING THROUGH FL180 I SAW WE WERE ON PROFILE. AT THAT POINT FLT ATTENDANT CALLED AND WANTED SOME INFO. FO CHANGED FMC WHILE I WAS TALKING TO FLT ATTENDANT AND I DID NOT NOTICE WE ENDED UP XING BOOZE AT ABOUT 12000 FT. NO TALKING TO FLT ATTENDANTS WHILE ON DSCNT PROFILE.
