Narrative:

During approach to runway 6R, and having been cleared for visual approach to follow aircraft ahead, we began slowing/configuring to accomplish final cockpit checklists. (Company requires stabilized approach by fafirst officerm.) controller asked airspeed -- 140 KTS. Final approach speed would be 132 KTS. Controller gave turn to 310 degrees and maintain 4000 ft. During the initiated go around (our altitude was below 3800 ft at the time of above clearance), we slightly overshot 4000 ft by 350 ft. Immediately corrected and continued approach to uneventful landing.
