Narrative:

Upon taxiing out to the runway, crew noticed arithmetic error on load sheet resulting in a 10000 pound difference in weight. Performance data was computed for revised weight prior to takeoff. On climb out, mco operations called to inform us of the error. Having been unable to successful reach us, the math error was caught and corrected prior to takeoff.

Title: AN ACR FLC FLYING A B737 FROM MCO NOTICES A MATHEMATICAL DISCREPANCY IN THEIR ACTUAL ACFT WT AND THAT STATED ON THE LOAD MANIFEST.

Narrative: UPON TAXIING OUT TO THE RWY, CREW NOTICED ARITHMETIC ERROR ON LOAD SHEET RESULTING IN A 10000 LB DIFFERENCE IN WT. PERFORMANCE DATA WAS COMPUTED FOR REVISED WT PRIOR TO TKOF. ON CLBOUT, MCO OPS CALLED TO INFORM US OF THE ERROR. HAVING BEEN UNABLE TO SUCCESSFUL REACH US, THE MATH ERROR WAS CAUGHT AND CORRECTED PRIOR TO TKOF.
