Narrative:

Upon arrival at gate in mia, maintenance informed us that the hydraulic fluid service panel was missing and probably torn off. We had felt a vibration during descent and concluded it must have blown off at this point. No hydraulic service had been performed in bze. It is possible that door was opened for security check and never closed. Flight engineer had done preflight early and did not notice that the door was open at that time.
