Narrative:

During normal climb out, the right side RPM began decreasing. The right side engine was reduced to idle and then shut down. With the right engine secured, the skydivers were released over the airport at 4000 ft MSL. An emergency was declared over the CTAF at morris municipal airport. An uneventful single engine landing was completed at morris. The aircraft was shut down on the taxiway due to the inability to taxi with 1 engine once slowed to taxi speed.

Title: PLT OF A SKYDIVING BEECH KING AIR SHUT DOWN THE R ENG DURING CLB DUE TO PWR OUTPUT DECREASE, AND DECLARED HE WAS MAKING AN EMER LNDG OVER UNICOM TO THE UNCTLED ARPT JUST DEPARTED. HE RELEASED THE SKYDIVERS OVER THE ARPT PRIOR TO LNDG WITH THE L ENG.
