Approach control at mdw cleared us for ILS runway 13C, contact tower at FAF inbound. I failed to contact tower and landed without clearance. I called the tower when on the ground. They said 'no problem, don't worry about it.' the first officer and myself were talking about a coupled approach and got distraction. Discovered problem when on ground.
