Narrative:
I was cleared to land when the runway lights were OTS. Although I could clearly see the runway markings from 1 mi away, I later found out I had landed 10 mins after civil twilight with passenger.

Title: A PLT LANDED AT BET AFTER CIVIL TWILIGHT WITHOUT THE RWY LIGHTS BEING OPERATIONAL.
Narrative: I WAS CLRED TO LAND WHEN THE RWY LIGHTS WERE OTS. ALTHOUGH I COULD CLRLY SEE THE RWY MARKINGS FROM 1 MI AWAY, I LATER FOUND OUT I HAD LANDED 10 MINS AFTER CIVIL TWILIGHT WITH PAX.
