Narrative:

A brasilia flew into our flight path due to strong north wind which he/she failed to compensate for. TCASII RA activated and captain responded quickly and accurately to avoid aircraft. Supplemental information from acn 453893: on approach to runway 27 with strong north overshooting wind, aircraft on approach to runway 26 overshot and nearly missed hitting us. He was wing up and did not see us. Supplemental information from acn 454673: on 4 mi final (visual approach) had an RA. Responded to it and acquired aircraft visually. Tower advised us to call. Tower supervisor advised he had talked to other aircraft pilot.
