Narrative:

Syr-iad. Captain was told to turn 280 degrees at robrt (GPS fix) and forgot to. I was the PNF and was talking to company on radio #2 and never heard ATC's instructions. When I came back on the #1 radio nothing was told to me about our new instructions. After we failed to turn at robrt, ATC notified us and we turned and the captain apologized twice. Because of increased traffic in the washington dulles area, we had been given a lot of vectors prior. The captain had 'get home syndrome' and wanted to just fly fast and get the day done with. Even when ATC gave us a slower airspeed to fly, it took him over 2 mins to slow the aircraft down because he was so angry and distraught. CRM would have prevented this missed turn. CRM is important to me but it's difficult when a captain makes no required calls and doesn't inform you of pertinent information.

Title: BAE4100 HDG DEV ON APCH TO IAD.

Narrative: SYR-IAD. CAPT WAS TOLD TO TURN 280 DEGS AT ROBRT (GPS FIX) AND FORGOT TO. I WAS THE PNF AND WAS TALKING TO COMPANY ON RADIO #2 AND NEVER HEARD ATC'S INSTRUCTIONS. WHEN I CAME BACK ON THE #1 RADIO NOTHING WAS TOLD TO ME ABOUT OUR NEW INSTRUCTIONS. AFTER WE FAILED TO TURN AT ROBRT, ATC NOTIFIED US AND WE TURNED AND THE CAPT APOLOGIZED TWICE. BECAUSE OF INCREASED TFC IN THE WASHINGTON DULLES AREA, WE HAD BEEN GIVEN A LOT OF VECTORS PRIOR. THE CAPT HAD 'GET HOME SYNDROME' AND WANTED TO JUST FLY FAST AND GET THE DAY DONE WITH. EVEN WHEN ATC GAVE US A SLOWER AIRSPD TO FLY, IT TOOK HIM OVER 2 MINS TO SLOW THE ACFT DOWN BECAUSE HE WAS SO ANGRY AND DISTRAUGHT. CRM WOULD HAVE PREVENTED THIS MISSED TURN. CRM IS IMPORTANT TO ME BUT IT'S DIFFICULT WHEN A CAPT MAKES NO REQUIRED CALLS AND DOESN'T INFORM YOU OF PERTINENT INFO.
