Narrative:

En route to lse airport at FL350, while with ZAU, we encountered moderate turbulence causing engine #1 to flame out. We asked for lower altitude to relight the engine. ATC cleared us to FL260. While descending, we managed to relight the engine. I believe the reason for the flameout was due to moderate turbulence.
