Narrative:
Teb 4 departure SID requires climb to 1500 ft. Altdevs of -200 to +400 ft occurred due to severe turbulence and windshear encountered after takeoff. Airspeed fluctuations of -15 to +20 KTS observed. Previous aircraft should have reported these conditions.

Narrative: TEB 4 DEP SID REQUIRES CLB TO 1500 FT. ALTDEVS OF -200 TO +400 FT OCCURRED DUE TO SEVERE TURB AND WINDSHEAR ENCOUNTERED AFTER TKOF. AIRSPD FLUCTUATIONS OF -15 TO +20 KTS OBSERVED. PREVIOUS ACFT SHOULD HAVE RPTED THESE CONDITIONS.
