Narrative:
Late night, turning for final, just outside of marker, completed landing checklist. Tower frequency dialed in, but forgot to switch until after turning off runway. All checklists were done, do not remember if finished. Controller said to tower at marker, but I'm sure he did. One must include with gear down green light to say also call the tower.

Title: AN ACR FLC FLYING AN UNIDENTED LARGE TURBOJET LANDED AT CLE WITHOUT RECEIVING CLRNC FROM TWR.
Narrative: LATE NIGHT, TURNING FOR FINAL, JUST OUTSIDE OF MARKER, COMPLETED LNDG CHKLIST. TWR FREQ DIALED IN, BUT FORGOT TO SWITCH UNTIL AFTER TURNING OFF RWY. ALL CHKLISTS WERE DONE, DO NOT REMEMBER IF FINISHED. CTLR SAID TO TWR AT MARKER, BUT I'M SURE HE DID. ONE MUST INCLUDE WITH GEAR DOWN GREEN LIGHT TO SAY ALSO CALL THE TWR.
