Narrative:

Turbulence shook the aircraft twice. After the first occurrence I took my seat, then got up to continue my service and check on the passenger. When the plane jolted again, I was forced to the floor. The aircraft then seemed to be going downward rapidly. A passenger held on to me during the sharp decline of the aircraft. Approximately 9 of the 12 flight attendants, including myself, were injured, and a passenger, that had been in the lavatory, was also injured.
