Narrative:

At approximately XA50Z, about 30-35 NM from sweet intersection on fqm arrival, I noticed we were still at FL370 and expecting sweet intersection at FL180. When I tried to raise center, I was unable and neither of us could remember being handed off to new york. After several mins of trying we found someone to give us frequency 128.57, but that frequency was no good on the #1 radio. We switched to #2 and raised new york who gave us a 360 degree descending turn to rejoin the arrival at approximately XB06Z. We did not remember any handoff, but at least looking carefully at the arrival plate kept us from getting too far along on the arrival.

Narrative: AT APPROX XA50Z, ABOUT 30-35 NM FROM SWEET INTXN ON FQM ARR, I NOTICED WE WERE STILL AT FL370 AND EXPECTING SWEET INTXN AT FL180. WHEN I TRIED TO RAISE CTR, I WAS UNABLE AND NEITHER OF US COULD REMEMBER BEING HANDED OFF TO NEW YORK. AFTER SEVERAL MINS OF TRYING WE FOUND SOMEONE TO GIVE US FREQ 128.57, BUT THAT FREQ WAS NO GOOD ON THE #1 RADIO. WE SWITCHED TO #2 AND RAISED NEW YORK WHO GAVE US A 360 DEG DSNDING TURN TO REJOIN THE ARR AT APPROX XB06Z.
