Narrative:

Due to the purser's poor behavior and contempt toward the flight crew, I advised him that I was relieving him of his cockpit duties and clearly informed him to remain outside of the cockpit for the remainder of the flight. He refused to comply and caused a major disturbance in the cockpit. After repeatedly directing him to exit the cockpit, he informed me that he was the purser and could go anywhere in the airplane he needed to go. Finally, I left my seat, placed my hand on his shoulder and escorted him out of the cockpit. He yelled that I 'assaulted' him. When I left my seat, the copilot did not have time to don his oxygen mask (we were at FL330).
