Narrative:

At FL250 cruise, canopy seal deflated causing rapid decompression and had wind noise. Told ZMP I had decompression and primarily a radio problem. We were on oxygen. Told ZMP we were descending to 17500 ft. Descended to 17500 ft. ZMP assured us that we were ok to destination (mie) at that altitude. Continued to destination VFR at 17500 ft and landed uneventfully.
