Narrative:

Aircraft was at cruise flight at FL180. I saw a green flash which drew my attention. Upon looking in the direction of the flash, I was struck in the eyes by what appeared to be a laser. I saw several more flashes in rapid succession pass underneath my aircraft. No deviations occurred but I did lose some of my night vision and developed a mild headache. I queried center and they checked with both jan approach and greenwood FSS and there were no reports of any green lasers or similar light source in use. Center asked, but no assistance was necessary since we were on autoplt and my eyes had time to recover before landing.
