Narrative:

The captain filed the flight plan late so I could not pick up the clearance until just before the passenger showed up. We were issued the loupe 5 SID, with linden transition. I did not have time to look at the SID because the captain was in a hurry to taxi out. He was making calls on a cell phone while he taxied out so I still could not talk to him. Tower put us in position and hold on runway 30L while I yelled for the captain to turn off his cell phone. He finally did when they cleared us for takeoff. We never did brief the takeoff or the SID. Once airborne, the captain asked me what we were supposed to do. I tried reading the text and gave him some of the instructions as I read them. I got confused at one point about how to join the transition to linden and told the captain he turned the wrong way. ATC asked what radial we were trying to join and I told them the '349 degree radial off sjc.' they told us to turn right to 140 degrees to continue the SID and to call bay approach once on the ground. This would never have happened if the captain had not been in such a hurry to get going, and if he had been paying attention to flying duties while taxiing out, instead of talking on his cell phone. If he had at least listened to me when I tried to tell him we were getting rushed and that I was not ready, this would not have happened.

Title: A CE650 FO, PNF, RPTED THAT HIS CAPT WOULD NOT HANG UP HIS CELL PHONE WHILE TAXIING TO THE ACTIVE RWY. THEY WERE CLRED FOR DEP AND HAD NOT REVIEWED THEIR TKOF OR THEIR SID. AFTER TURNING THE WRONG WAY, THEY WERE GIVEN A PHONE NUMBER FOR BAY DEP.

Narrative: THE CAPT FILED THE FLT PLAN LATE SO I COULD NOT PICK UP THE CLRNC UNTIL JUST BEFORE THE PAX SHOWED UP. WE WERE ISSUED THE LOUPE 5 SID, WITH LINDEN TRANSITION. I DID NOT HAVE TIME TO LOOK AT THE SID BECAUSE THE CAPT WAS IN A HURRY TO TAXI OUT. HE WAS MAKING CALLS ON A CELL PHONE WHILE HE TAXIED OUT SO I STILL COULD NOT TALK TO HIM. TWR PUT US IN POS AND HOLD ON RWY 30L WHILE I YELLED FOR THE CAPT TO TURN OFF HIS CELL PHONE. HE FINALLY DID WHEN THEY CLRED US FOR TKOF. WE NEVER DID BRIEF THE TKOF OR THE SID. ONCE AIRBORNE, THE CAPT ASKED ME WHAT WE WERE SUPPOSED TO DO. I TRIED READING THE TEXT AND GAVE HIM SOME OF THE INSTRUCTIONS AS I READ THEM. I GOT CONFUSED AT ONE POINT ABOUT HOW TO JOIN THE TRANSITION TO LINDEN AND TOLD THE CAPT HE TURNED THE WRONG WAY. ATC ASKED WHAT RADIAL WE WERE TRYING TO JOIN AND I TOLD THEM THE '349 DEG RADIAL OFF SJC.' THEY TOLD US TO TURN R TO 140 DEGS TO CONTINUE THE SID AND TO CALL BAY APCH ONCE ON THE GND. THIS WOULD NEVER HAVE HAPPENED IF THE CAPT HAD NOT BEEN IN SUCH A HURRY TO GET GOING, AND IF HE HAD BEEN PAYING ATTN TO FLYING DUTIES WHILE TAXIING OUT, INSTEAD OF TALKING ON HIS CELL PHONE. IF HE HAD AT LEAST LISTENED TO ME WHEN I TRIED TO TELL HIM WE WERE GETTING RUSHED AND THAT I WAS NOT READY, THIS WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED.
