Narrative:

Host/NAS computer outage from AA30 to AD37. Controllers working with backup system. The safe and efficient flow of traffic is minimized if not jeopardized by the utilization of the backup system. Manual coordination of flight plans, handoffs, pointouts, etc, becomes more complex when 3 areas from ZOA try to handoff to 1 area at ZSE.
