Narrative:

As we were descending down from FL240 to a new altitude of 14000 ft, ATC amended clearance to cross 'tiggr' intersection at 11000 ft. Upon reaching 'tiggr' we realized that we had not set the autoplt's altitude preselect from 14000 ft to 11000 ft. The error was due to the PNF's failure to set the new altitude on the autoplt's altitude and the PF's failure to realize that it was not set when the clearance was issued.

Narrative: AS WE WERE DSNDING DOWN FROM FL240 TO A NEW ALT OF 14000 FT, ATC AMENDED CLRNC TO CROSS 'TIGGR' INTXN AT 11000 FT. UPON REACHING 'TIGGR' WE REALIZED THAT WE HAD NOT SET THE AUTOPLT'S ALT PRESELECT FROM 14000 FT TO 11000 FT. THE ERROR WAS DUE TO THE PNF'S FAILURE TO SET THE NEW ALT ON THE AUTOPLT'S ALT AND THE PF'S FAILURE TO REALIZE THAT IT WAS NOT SET WHEN THE CLRNC WAS ISSUED.
