Narrative:

Aircraft level at 35000 ft. Master warning (red) light illuminated, overheard annunciator panel showed cabin pressure. Cabin altitude was at 10000 ft, normally 8000 ft. Both packs on, outflow valve closed, automatic-shutoff in override. We started a descent down to 20000 ft, cabin stabilized at 5000 ft, then went down to 2000 ft. We followed our red bordered checklist and notified ATC.
